Surliest barista. Never had that experience in thousands of Starbucks. Nothing overt just hostile (to men at any rate, she seemed nice to the lady customers). I smiled and said thank you. She just stared.

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been too, I've been keeping quiet because I'm sure no one really cares about my problems but it's starting to get ridiculous. Every-time I order something it's wrong, including today, I literally got straight up milk instead of my coffee. I bring a reusable cup so I couldn't see, but I left to go up to the college for my classes and I started drinking it in my first class and it tasted milkier than usual so I open the lid and I swear there was no coffee in it, I think they gave me straight up milk, no espresso whatsoever. Milk with ice and caramel. This is the last straw.

Convenient if you're grocery shopping in Albertsons. That's the only good thing I can say about this Starbucks. Otherwise go to Blackwater Cafe or Coffee Bistro. MUCH much better experiences in either of those cafes.
For this place:
SLOW service. I've waited an unseemly amount of time for simple drip coffee.
Weird/sub-par service. Once received pastry still inside its plastic wrapper instead of opened up and with a napkin as a proper Starbucks would.
Empty bakery case. 'Nuff said. -

So disappointed in this location. Long lines no staff . Out of everything display case is empty. I just can't wait for the new location to open.

Absolutely terrible coffee! Sub-par service! Coffee tasted old and like it was made in a dirty machine. The barista seemed like she didn't care to be there and didn't want to help anyone. I love Starbucks and have been to Starbucks all around the country and have never had Starbucks this bad!!
